Virtual Meetings

As part of the government social distancing rules we have taken steps to adapt and keep our clients service requirements maintained.

We have now configured our systems and are available to conduct secure virtual meetings. These will allow all the relevant parties to have a face to face discussion.

Benefits of Virtual meetings:

• Virtual meetings can give us all allow more flexibility.
• Organising and attending meetings can be a whole lot easier, solving problems at all three stages of a meeting – before, during and after.
• By giving attendees access to meeting documents ahead of the meeting means everyone can be prepared, which can lead to a more productive meeting.
• During the meeting everyone has access to the same information in a structured format to make the meeting more informative and assist decision making.
• Notes and actions can be recorded, making the meeting outcomes clear, and follow-up easy.
